OKAY SO! How do we get a butt like mine? I get this too often, your ass will never be like mine, because well it’s my ass. But there are things you can do to firm it up, other than lunges and squats. These are a weighted donkey kickback, well that’s what I’m calling them anyway. 

  1. Begin in all fours position with a dumbbell 3kg-5kg (If you wanna go more, go more) resting against the back of your right knee.
  2. Slightly lift your right knee off the floor and bring your thigh parrallell to the floor and point your foot to the ceiling. 
  3. Tighten your bum and keep your core engaged, hold for a beat.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat without letting your knee touch the floor, stay constantly in motion. 
  5. Do 3 sets of 12 reps 

This is great exercise to add into your routine, it’s easy, it works and can be done anywhere. If you don’t have a weight use a bottle of water. I do this all the time in a workout or during a study break or whenever I feel like working my ass! Give it ago people. FEEL THE BURN!

@eharty94: 1 hour of treadmill. 13 incline 3.5 mph. Went 3.55 miles but burned 540 calories! I then took a CORE class with @lisalovesfitness man did she kick my butt! She’s unstoppable! And amazing 😊😘 love you!!! I woke up today and BAM!! My side definition is AWESOME! I’m so happy!!!! My lower abs could be better… But the upper I’m proud of! 👌👌 WHAT DO YOU THINK? Any favorite abdominal workouts you do?
